Initial Post

This is my initial post.  This blog will be dedicated to the Child Care field.  As a current Group Home provider with 25 years experience, I hope to share my experiences and ideas with YOU, and hope you will share with ME!  It is always fun to try a new project, learn a new skill, or watch a child's face beam over a new snack!  Let's share!

    Mary,
    When I first saw your title I thought one of my centers had a blog on here as well. They are called Child Care Central! I am excited to begin this journey and based on the disucssions we have generated on our discussion board I think we are all going to learn so much from each other. I too delight in the smile of a child and my heart melts when I see their eyes light up and they say "I did it" and you can see the excitement as they accomplish something new.

    I guess I should have used my name as the title of my blog. I hope the title I chose isn't too confusing!
